Karen Ncube is passionate about creating safe, high-quality homes for people who need them most. She has worked closely with local governments to improve housing services and reduce homelessness, which made her realize just how important good homes are for people’s well-being. This inspired her to start KF Properties, where she focuses on providing safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes.
To ensure she invests in property the right way, Karen trained with Legacy Education, one of the UK’s top property education providers. She also works with experienced mentorship to ensure projects are both financially secure and sustainable.
Karen works with a strong team of trusted professionals, including property solicitors, accountants, mortgage brokers, and skilled builders. She also works with a dedicated local letting agent who helps find the right tenants and ensures that properties are well looked after.
Karen’s goal is simple: to create homes that people can be proud of while making smart, responsible investments. She believes that property is not just about buildings—it’s about people, stability, and a better future for communities.
